Paula Tiiman

Paula on läbinud X-pert postitantsu treeneri koolituse Lvl1/LvL2.

Paula has successfully completed the X-pert Pole Fitness Level 1 & 2 course.

Paula began her rhythmic gymnastics career in GC Piruett at the age of 4 and competed for 14 years with her group. At the peak of her career she competed in the finals of the world championships in Moscow and performed with her gymnastics club’s elite team in many different countries. She is no stranger to intense and long hours of training. Paula is currently studying physiotherapy at University of Tartu.

She tried pole dancing after the end of her gymnastics career, wanting to try something feminine yet acrobatic and challenging. In June of 2014, Paula signed up for Pia Martin’s beginners’ class, where she fell in love with the sport and has been dancing for 5 years now. Her career as an instructor began in 2016 at Reval Sport, first as an instructor of beginner pole dance lessons and then instructing intermediate and advanced students within the year as well.

Paula has trained with pole dance professionals like Theo Robertson, a three-time winner of Mister Pole Scotland, and also participated in Yvonne Smink’s, Natasha Wang’s, Sarah Scott’s, Dan Rosen’s, Kadri Hansen’s, Kristel Mikkus’ workshops. Some aspects Paula appreciates most in pole dance are creativity, self-expression and gracefulness, and the ability to make even the simplest tricks look amazing by performing them masterfully.
